By accessing or using the Winforliving platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• • Accounts are created via Supabase authentication using your email.
• • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• • Plans: Free, Premium, and Exclusive (coming soon).
• • Payments are processed via Stripe.
• • Premium includes a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to activate the trial.
• • You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing cycle.
• • No refunds are provided.

4. Use of the Service

• • The Service provides educational and informational tools for poker players, including EV analysis, GTO ranges, and bankroll management.
• • The Service does not provide financial advice. Poker involves risk; you may lose money.
• • You use the Service at your own risk.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• • No guarantee of profits or outcomes.
• • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any losses, damages, or claims arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to Service & Terms

We may update or modify the Service and these Terms at any time. Updates will be effective upon posting.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary and applicable EU regulations.
